To qualify for this job you need to have experience of working as a home support worker full-time for at least 24 months.
You are expected to be well trained in-home support and first aid apart from having a degree or certification in home management along with some secondary school education. There are multiple benefits of opting for home support worker pilot applications. The program allows family members of the applicant to come to Canada and also apply for a permanent residence program.
Secondly, you are also entitled to receive multiple benefits that are offered to Canadian citizens such as free healthcare and free public education. The application process will be conducted individually depending upon your educational qualification as well as experience. Experience as foster parents or as housekeepers is not taken into consideration for the home support worker pilot program.
