The UK government has given the guidance on UK’s news look immigration system which is to be launched on 1st Jan 2021.

The existing holders of sponsor licenses will be granted a free “skilled worker license” automatically with an expiry date.
From 1st January 2020, none EU and EU citizens arriving in the UK for work will have to meet the following criteria which are mandatory for being eligible for Visa
- Need to have an employment offer from any licensed sponsor.
- The work they have to do should be equal or higher, RFQ Level 3.
- Have to meet the English language requirement.
Fulfilling all these criteria will give them 50 points. 20 tradable points have to be obtained after that.
There’s no change with the rules who qualified under the “new entrance” salary Limit. They’ll be benefited from a 30% discount on the salary rate. The minimum amount to be paid has to be a minimum of £20,480.
The Labour resident marketing test will be eradicated will lesser processing time by 4 weeks.
Charges for immigration skills will remain the same- £10000 manually for large sponsors. For Charites, medium and small businesses are £364.
English language rules will be unchanged.
EU residents who will apply under the route of new skills will have to meet all the requirements. Ireland and Malta will be in addition to the Major countries speaking in English.

£41500 salary is the least to be maintained.
Nonetheless, unlike the existing ICT route, shifting to the route of Skilled Worker will be acceptable to attain the relevant points. The “cooling off” laws will be modified.
Employers will thus be benefited from a relief of the cooling-off time provisions enabling for extra flexibility.
