- The report of your laboratory test performed by physicians designated by the Canadian Government.

Excessive Demand on Social Service or Health Services

Excessive demand is considered, if-
- Your need for medical services will negatively affect wait times in Canada for said services.
- The services required to treat your health conditions will cost more than three times the per capita cost of Canada for social services and health over five years period. Excessive costing of drugs in long-term ailments such as HIV and diabetes may also lead to medical inadmissibility.
A Procedural Fairness Letter
In case, you are medically inadmissible then the Canadian officers will send you a procedural fairness letter explaining the reason for the inadmissibility.
After receiving the letter, you have the chance to submit information to respond before the authorities take a final decision on your application. Moreover, you can also seek advice from professionals.
You must remember to send all the necessary information within 90 days of receiving the fairness letter.
