Accomplishments of Maghreb Community from North West Africa to be highlighted in fair at Montreal
A two day event is being organized at Montreal by Conseil des Magrébins au Canada (CMC), an organization engaged in promoting interest of Maghreb community, comprising of immigrants from Northwester Africa.
Immigrant members of Maghreb community is largely engaged in small businesses in Canada and they have been facing challenges in getting suitable jobs commensurate with their experience and qualifications. The fair would be attended by HR professionals who would advise the members about preparing resume for the Canadian job market; share tips on attending Job Interviews. There would also be industry experts with whom the entrepreneurs from Maghreb community can seek advice regarding the problems being faced by them
The fair will help Maghreb Immigrants get help on Job hunting in Canada, attending Job interviews and seek guidance on setting business in Canada
The fair is being organized to help immigrants from Maghreb community integrate with Canadian values and help get them jobs and would highlight the accomplishments of the community in Canada. Maghreb community comprises of immigrants from countries like Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco and Mauritania.
Event opening today, is open to everyone and various eminent persons as University Professors, Doctors, Members of Parliament, businessmen are likely to attend it. It has attracted sponsorship from leading companies including national carrier of Tunisia, Tunisair; and some Canadian companies having business interests in Maghreb countries
