Online user account for submitting applications—Candidates shall need to create an online user account for submitting application. This will be for CSQ(Quebec Certificate of Selection) application submission.
Applicants qualifying under QEP(Quebec Experience Program) or having a valid job offer can submit an application any time. They are not limited to intake period. Moreover, applicants having a valid work permit or study permit are not confined to any intake period.
