Quebec Immigrant Investor Program—Quebec Immigrant Investor Program(QIIP) happens to be the only large scape investment scheme in Canada and the second largest in North America next to US EB5 scheme.
Quebec immigrant investor program will be accepting not more than 1900 applications this year. This includes not more than 1330 applications from Hong Kong, China and Macao and the remaining 570 applications from other nations.

- Minimum net worth—Applicants need to have a minimum net worth of at least CAD $1.6 million alone or with their partner or spouse. This net worth may include assets including property, pension funds, stocks, shares and bank accounts.
- Management experience—All applicants need to have not less than two years’ management experience in the period of past five years with any firm having not less than two full-time employees. The company may not be profitable and it might be a government agency, international department or agency.
Investment—applicants need to have the intention to settle in Quebec and must sign an investment agreement to invest CAD $800,000 with any approved financial intermediary
