Query for the correct procedure for immigration.

Hello,

I am married and applied for Canada immigration along with my husband. My husband is a doctor, and before making move to Canada, he was making sure for the job availabilty. In the due time, I am pregnant. Can we two move to Canada as per the previous application status; or do we need to go throught the procession again with the mention of my pregancy status. Please suggest me.
