In spite of the best efforts of the Obama administration to salvage lost goodwill, there is a certain section of observers and the opposition as well as the general public that have lost faith in the government. Whatever the outcome of the new results, many feel that at least 22,314 less people will have the same faith in this government anymore.

Are Trying to Put Humpty Dumpty Together Again: In a ruling that was passed in response to a lawsuit filed by the 22,000 people deprived and represented by 36 individuals, US District Judge Amy Berman Jackson wrote that the court cannot order the state department to honor a botched result that did not comply with the general condition of fairness.
