I am from Pakistan. Many students have applied here for study permits to CIC ISLAMABAD based on colleges admissions. We are all very desperate as CIC,Islamabad is only issuing study permits to only those students who have got admissions in universities. While those who have applied on the basis on colleges are waiting for any response from CIC since December,2011. This is very frustrating. We have seen many university applicants whose have been called for medical tests in just within 20 days. But colleges students are waiting for ages. Why is it so? If CIC doesnt want to listen to colleges students then why they haven't written on their website they would not to issue visas to those pakistani students who have secured admissions in colleges?
