Canada PR in medical Exam Stage. Moving to Canada at work visa. How PR will process now??

Hi We have applied for Canada PR in 2010 in Skilled Labor category from USA. My husband's company has decided to sent him to canada for work in 2011 and we got temporary work visa from canada which is valid till 30th Dec 2012. We are still in USA on H1B. Last month we have recieved letter from Los angeles canada embassey that our file is moved there and they need our Medical Examination done, which we have got done. Now we are deciding to move to canada in July 2012 and my question is : 1. How they will process my PR application now means will they keep it in LA only or when I update my address to them that I am in CAnada now, they will move it again?? 2. Also how its going to change the speed and process of processing my PR application 3. Does my moving to canada on work visa will anyway going to hinder my PR procesing. I will really appreciate if someone can answer the above questions. Thanks
