Fraud Applicants will face a ban of ten years

Fraudulent Applicants will be banned from entering Canada, UK and Australia for ten years

The three nations Canada, United Kingdom and Australia would jointly deal with the fraudulent immigration agents. The officials of the three nations have attended a press conference jointly to curb the immigration frauds.

Sidney Frank, Canada’s Area Director for Immigration in South Asia says, “the nations have decided to work together to spread the message that there were unscrupulous agents who were promising immigration or study visas to Canada.”

Thomas Greig, South Asia Regional Director of UK says, “They were sharing information and intelligence to check the activities of such fraud agents.”

He also said if a false education and language certificate is preceded by the agent then the applicant would be banned for ten years on traveling to United Kingdom.

Regional Director of Australian department of immigration and Citizenship, Jose Alvarez has advised the applicants to beware of such agents. He also emphasized if fraudulent document is submitted then not only the agent but the applicant will also suffer.

Jose Alvarez also informed that visa applications based on marriage are also under great scrutiny as many applicants try to enter these nations on the basis of false marriage certificates too.

Alvarez assured the applicants that the process of filing applications is quite simple, yet if an applicant needs and assistance he may write a letter or email the queries to the concerned department to get any kind of guidance.

The authorities are aware of the fact that the agents have a strong network and they work very carefully. Many of them have developed their websites which are quite same as that of these countries. The applicants get lured due to the almost real website and pay huge amount of money to these agents for processing their applications.

Authorities have been advising the applicants not to fall in the trap of such crooks who offer jobs which never exist.

In the name of getting you a job and getting the visa these cheats ask you to pay a huge amount of money which is never refunded back to the applicant when the work is not done.

Authorities also warn the applicants not to pay any money to an agent who is not registered. In case of any fraud the money will not be reverted back to the applicant. He may also face a term for paying bribe and might be banned from entering any of these three nations for ten years.
