Canada immigration is something that many a people of the developing nations plan to carry out. A large number of people are always willing to find some good employment opportunity in Canada due to the fact that Canada job scenario is one of the best in the whole world. As the Canada Immigration procedures are not so hard, a huge array of people plan to immigrate to the Canada society as soon as they have found the accurate type of education or job opportunity.
The new Canada immigration policy, called as the Canadian Experience Class allows the international students as well as the temporary foreign people to apply for their permanent Canada settlement. Different from the Provincial Nominee or Skilled Worker programs, this new policy does not actually use the points system. This latest immigration program looks at what kind of education or work experience the applicant is possessed with.
The applicant or the worker is basically someone who is living within the boundaries of Canada and also has a 2 years experience in his field of work. In addition, the work experience requires being of high skill level as per the National Occupation Codes needing technical or professional skills. The student also needs to have finished the 2 years of his or her post secondary school along with a year’s Canadian employment experience. The main reason behind this alteration is that the Canada government wishes to encourage the educated and skilled people to live in Canada as these workers have established their skills while pursuing the education at some Canadian institution.
As these workers or students are already settled in the society of Canada, stressing them to leave the Canadian society due to the application of a permanent residence is surely a barrier. So, the immigration policy of the Canadian Experience Class is directed towards putting this work or education experience of the foreign applicants to work for this place, rather than taking away all the advantages back to their homes.
